Bengaluru to Host Fourth Edition of CoreNet Global’s India Meet

Bengaluru will host the fourth edition of CoreNet Global’s Corporate Real Estate annual India meet on June 21. CoreNet Global India is a growing group of corporate real estate professionals looking to serve the profession by increasing networking opportunities for members, promoting learning opportunities for career advancement and identifying new talent for the industry.

The meeting aims to explore how the corporate real estate sector is growing, developing and evolving into one of the world’s most dynamic economies. The opening session of the conference will be addressed by journalist Shekhar Gupta.

Breakout sessions at the India conference will cover live, work and play environments, the ‘office of the future’ and the disruptive impact of robotics, among other topics that are impacting the Indian corporate real estate sector at large.

Ram Chandnani, CBRE Managing Director – Advisory & Transaction Services India and the newly elected co-chair of the India chapter of CoreNet Global said that India’s 517 million sq ft corporate real estate sector is likely to witness a sizeable impact in terms of valuation and rental yield with government looking to push through key economic initiatives such as the goods and services tax (GST) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

These Chapter Events are held in various cities throughout India. Additionally, the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) seminars is held periodically throughout the year.
