Advocate Pandit Rathod (born 08 Feb 1985) is an Indian entrepreneur and is also the co-founder and managing director of the Landscape Group, a real estate entity, established in the year 2007. He is one of the real-estate honchos in the country who have vast knowledge and expertise of various businesses. He is now conferred as the Chief Governor of the Landscape Group following the recommendations of all the board members of the company.

  •   Sales Tax @ 2% (Two-Percent) only should only be imposed on Computer Hardware Products.
  •   The IT Hardware Park at Dronagiri has been awarded all those additional incentives, which are offered to industrially backward areas.
