Alreeman Residential Community worth $462.8m
Aldar builds $463m Alreeman 2 homes for Emiratis in Abu Dhabi where the development on the Alshamkha neighbourhood homes will commence by the end of 2019, with handover to start in 2021. Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange-recorded land engineer Aldar Properties has propelled the Alreeman 2 master planned private network, worth $462.8m (AED1.7bn), in Abu Dhabi’s Alshamkha neighbourhood, devoted to Emirati purchasers.
Development of the venture will begin by the end of 2019, and handover will begin toward the finish of 2021.
The dispatch of Alreeman 2 comes a long time after Aldar disclosed Alreeman (envisioned) in January 2019.
