CASE 500C- Mass wins “The King of Mines” in TOP50 Awards in Shanghai, China
CASE Construction Equipment has won the King of Mines award for the CASE CX500C-MASS hydraulic crawler excavator during the China Top 50 Annual Products of Construction Machinery Award in Shanghai.
The awards ceremony for the China Top 50 Annual Products of Construction Machinery was held on April 2 at the InterContinental Beijing Beichen. This latest edition was the most influential yet for China’s construction equipment industry. The CASE CX500C-MASS hydraulic crawler excavator redefines the new benchmark of mining with its excellent fuel efficiency, reliable and stable performance. The award was presented to CASE Construction Equipment in the presence of more than 100 delegates from relevant ministries, commissions, associations, manufacturing enterprises and equipment users.
“The honour of receiving an award in the Top 50 annual products of Chinese construction machinery is an affirmation of the performance of the CX500C-MASS by the industry and users. CASE Construction will continue to deeply develop the mining market and provide more professional technical applications and higher standard terminal services,” said Mr David Chen, Head of China CE Commercial Operations at CNH Industrial. The coronation of “The New King of Mines”, was witnessed by News Media and Industry stalwarts.
New trends of energy saving in mines
The transformation between new and old kinetic energy is sweeping the mines. The old devices with high energy consumption and low output are gradually being replaced by the new production devices with high efficiency and outstanding energy-saving capabilities. Equipped with a low-emission engine in accordance with China’s National III Emission Standard (GB3), the CASE CX500C-MASS has empowered the transformation and advancement of mining enterprises.
The CX500C-MASS adopts the high-pressure common rail system fully controlled by electronics, which improves fuel efficiency. Its cooling exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR) technology improves the exhaust emission level, making fuel combustion cleaner, and provides more power to the whole machine. Humanized design and comfortable driving.
The construction environment in mines is challenging and the operation intensity is high. The excellent driving environment can improve driver operation, accuracy and safety operation level. The spacious cab of CX500C-MASS provides excellent vision on the work field with a quiet and comfortable environment for drivers to enjoy their work. The standard colour control display can complete the real-time monitoring of the machine according to the needs of the working condition. The working state is all under control! The newly designed travel system effectively reduces the abrasion of the travel parts in the external working environment and prolongs the service life of the machine. The improved boom and arm makes this machine more durable and ensures the reliability of the machine in high-intensity operation.
Building a new flagship for mines
“Knowing more about the mines, we are therefore more professional!” With CX500C-MASS excavators, CASE redefines new standards for mining, construction, and builds a new flagship for mines. The CX500C-MASS excavator is more suitable for the heavy-duty working conditions, which challenge the extremes of mining operations with its strength. Its whole working mechanism is treated with durability. The thickness of its reinforced structural parts has been increased by 20%-40% than that of their predecessors. The hydraulic system of CASE is well known for its precision, energy saving, high efficiency and convenience, which is favoured by mine users. The brand-new CX500C-MASS is equipped with the unique PCSTM precision hydraulic control system of the CASE C-Series, which develops the classic into fashion!
“Capabilities of thinking” is the label of the CASE CXC-Series. With the intelligent control system, the CX500C-MASS excavator accurately controls the power output, which can automatically adjust the engine power output and the absorbed torque of the hydraulic pump based on the changing loading factors. It meets the standard of smart machines with “capabilities of thinking”, resulting in excellent fuel efficiency.
At the same time, the intelligent control system of CASE boasts the efficient functional design, combined with the highest level of hydraulic pressure design of this industry. Its automatic boosting function can provide instant power support according to the load level. This significantly improves the mining operation efficiency.
Boasting flexible working modes, and accumulating strength for mine construction
“Adapting to the changing circumstances, and accumulating strength for coming actions” Deeply ploughing the mines, CASE CX500C-MASS excavator always adjusts itself to the most appropriate posture to bring maximum benefits to the users in mine construction. The compound operation actions of the CX500C-MASS inherit the hydraulic regeneration technology of the boom and arm circuit of the CXC-Series, which significantly improves the working cycle speed and shortens the working cycle time. The CX500C-MASS excavator has three working modes – Auto, Heavy and Superpower, which can realize power level switching of 14 levels in the power transformation process. To adapt to complex working conditions of mines, it can provide greater digging force, faster swing speed and stronger swing torque. It is truly destined to create for the mine construction!
At the TOP50 award ceremony, industry experts highly praised the technical application and working performance of the CASE CX500C-MASS excavators. “The technical innovation of CX500C-MASS excavators brings new options and new momentum for mine construction!”. The year 2019 marks the 20th anniversary of CASE’s entry into the Chinese market. CASE Construction is a prestigious global construction machinery brand with a history of 177 years. We are actively participating in the rapid development of China’s construction machinery industry by constantly improving its quality and services with its globalized structure and resources.
