Tell us about how will the adoption of latest information & technology in the concreting equipment

Schwing Stetter India’s newer innovations are Stetter concrete batching plant M25Z and M3. We manufacture a wide range of batching plants with respect to their design, batch size, material storage (Aggregate Storage), and mixer technology. Schwing Stetter India analyses each customer’s requirement and guides the customer to opt for that batching plant which would suffice his needs of concreting, from the wide range available. There are four different types of batching plants that are manufactured by Schwing Stetter India, which include

  • Wheel-Trailer / Truck Mounted
  • Compact Plants
  • Mobile Plants
  • Horizontal Plants

Wherever construction sites have to the supplied for any length of time with larger quantities of high-quality concrete, the Mobile Mixing Plants M1 / M1.25 / M2 / m2.25 M2.5 / M3 / M21Z / M25Z and M30Z from Schwing Stetter provides special efficiency. The M series plants can be quickly moved, transported on low-bed semi-trailers and quickly set up again thanks to the fully installed, pre-assembled compact units. The current development status of the M1 plant has benefitted from our experience with more than 500 mobile plants worldwide. The proven basic concept of mobility has not changed. The output ranges from 56 cu.m to 100 cu.m per hour thus making it comparable with medium sized stationary plants.

We are the first to have an in-house electronics and automation department, being the crux of the entire ecosystem. There are different models of control systems available and it is designed based on the capacity of the batching plant to adopt both commercial and feature wise benefits. And we consistently work on delivering products that are user friendly and robust. We have the best in-house team for both panel building and software development. Every customization is done entirely based on the customer’s requirements.

So far, we have supplied more then 40000 + units overall in different product ranges across the country. Now one of the challenges that we faced in current industrial revolution is in digitalizing the supplied equipment for the customer to attain the industries 4.0 concept. The TSR 30.14, TSM 30.14, TSM 20.8, BPN 300 RE shotcrete pump models are made to meet the challenge of development and also comply with the industry requirement.

The future of concreting machinery and construction technology for highways, bridges and tunnels.

Integrating smartphone with the machine through IoT while laying the highway, bridge and tunnel, GPS tracking, cloud computing based solutions, drones, augmented reality, virtual reality based training for operators, robots, artificial intelligence, building roads with solar panels, building roads with plastic mix and building water absorbing roads to increase groundwater table are the emerging trends in the current industry globally and in India. Your expectations from the government and the budget.

Even though, budget 2019 is not a regular and only an interim in nature; we appreciate the Government of India taking proactive measures to help housing and real estate segment in particular. Besides this, the stress on housing for all, recognizing the need of the people who migrate from the native place to the place of work. The Government has permitted interest in exemption of IT for two houses. Similarly increasing or exempting tax for employed, the income of upto 9 lakhs will help the real estate segment.  We hope this additional benefit gives further fillip thereby giving a boost to ready-mix concrete industry in India. Other than the real estate industry, most of the other infrastructure projects like roads, railways, ports, power, etc are already doing well due to ongoing projects. We would say 2019 budget is addressing and hope this additional benefits are addressing more to the real estate which was going through a tough time after post GST and RERA introduction.
